We're responsible for planning and co-ordinating the working day of Trade Operatives to ensure all responsive, planned and cyclical works are appointed to the satisfaction of the customer. In order to plan repairs in as efficiently as possible we use our scheduling system Total Mobile Optimise, to ensure our diaries are filled to maximum capacity with minimal travel.

What You'll Do

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Operations Senior Planner to join our team. You'll be based in Bracknell and will be responsible for actively deputise and support in managing workload to ensure completion of all jobs/tasks by the end of each working day.

You'll work collaboratively with supervisors, operatives, customer experience teams, contractors and customers daily to deliver a seamless service.

Working closely with Supervisors on a daily basis, you'll support the continuous improvement of our service delivery making sure the workload is allocated to the relevant people to meet SLAs.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic with good attention to detail, strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a flexible approach to work.
