Due to continued growth, the position of Construction Manager has become available to join our successful team based in Plymouth.
We are working on an infrastructure upgrade programme to support the MODs future requirements in relation to both its warship and submarine programme.
This is an on-site role and all candidates must have a UK Passport and have worked in the UK for the last five years.

- NVQ level 4, ONC, OND, HND or Degree qualified.
- CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Has a significant experience delivering large scale construction projects in a regulated environment
- Has managed contractors to safely execute site installation works. Has followed operating procedures.
- Has nuclear experience and general safety case understanding.
- Quality and Health and Safety focussed.
- Has a good awareness of CDM, construction practices and health and safety legislation.
- Can demonstrate effective stakeholder management and understands the importance of integrated team delivery.
- Has contract management experience and can effectively manage daily site works at the work front.
- Is able to communicate effectively with operatives and management.
