About The Role
As a SEN Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating tailored learning experiences for young learners with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), social, emotional and mental health challenges (SEMH) and complex learning difficulties. We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.

About The Role

The responsibilities of a SEN teacher will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning goals
- Building positive relationships with students to foster confidence and motivation
- Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff members to provide holistic support
- Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies as needed
- Promoting an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every child can succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children, preferably in a primary setting
- Sound knowledge and understanding of SEN and strategies to support young people
- A creative, empathetic and patient approach to teaching
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
