Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Desk Engineer at 2 Technical. The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, delivering top-notch customer service, and managing help desk support. The role is predominantly located in Plymouth with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Service and Help Desk Support experience
- Strong familiarity with Service Desk operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields
- Experience in working with small to midsize businesses is a plus
