The Role: International Marketing Director

As the International Marketing Director, you will be the visionary leader responsible for shaping BlueMagic Group International’s global marketing strategy during a pivotal phase of growth and innovation. You will play a central role in announcing new services, expanding brand visibility, and driving revenue-generating leads across hair transplantation, plastic surgery, and dentistry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position BlueMagic Group as the global leader in hair transplantation, plastic surgery, and dentistry.

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Brand Management & Growth:

Lead the redefinition of brand identity as we expand into new verticals, ensuring consistency with our core values.

Conduct competitive analysis and implement strategies to differentiate BlueMagic Group across markets.

Data-Driven Lead Generation:

• Design and implement high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive leads and optimize conversions.
• Leverage analytics to fine-tune campaigns and maximize ROI.
  
  

Content & Communication Excellence:

• Oversee the creation of world-class content that educates, engages, and builds trust with potential clients.
• Manage PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation in key markets.
  
  

Team Leadership:

• Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and clinical staff, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  
  

Revenue Growth & Budget Management:

• Drive revenue growth across services while maintaining efficiency in lead acquisition.
• Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure all activities align with financial targets.
  
  

Performance Analysis:

Regularly evaluate marketing performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in marketing and sales, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or related industries.
• Strong track record in brand development, market entry strategies, and digital marketing.
  
  

Marketing Mastery:

• Exceptional knowledge of performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation.
• Hands-on experience in launching new brands or verticals in competitive markets.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, CRM systems, and social media trends.
  
  

Leadership Skills:

• Inspirational leader with the ability to mentor teams and drive high performance.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
