Join our award-winning Communications and Engagement Team as a Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager on a fixed term contract basis until 31 March 2025. In this role, you will lead on planning and delivering high-quality digital projects and marketing campaigns that impact the lives of our customers and communities.

As the Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager, you will oversee the management of digital projects, ensuring a seamless user experience and exceptional client satisfaction. This includes overseeing the creation and maintenance of websites, optimising content, delivering high profile campaigns and driving strategic marketing outcomes.

You will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team in delivering specialised digital products and services while fostering innovation and creativity. Your role will involve managing full project lifecycles, from audience identification and demographic profiling to the delivery and evaluation of campaigns that lead to real behaviour change and service growth.

You will need strong digital and campaign project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital project and campaign management, including planning, execution, and optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including website management, SEO, content management, and user experience mapping.
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with partners, clients, and colleagues.

Our Communications and Engagement Team is part of a unique collaboration between NHS Arden & GEM CSU and NHS Midlands and Lancashire CSU. As such you will be working amongst the best of the NHS' communications and engagement professionals, providing support and leading on projects for our many, varied clients across the country.
