The post holder will act in a senior role in the Haemodialysis unit, working closely to support the Unit Manager to ensure patient safety and positive patient experience.
The postholder should have a strong clinical Haemodialysis background, with good communications skills, able to liaise with the multi disciplnary team to coordinate dialysis for out patients, in patients and critical care.
Working as part of a caring and passionate nursing team you will responsibly deliver planned, direct patient care to a high standard in accordance with the Trust’s established nursing procedures.
The post holder will work across the James Cook and Friarage sites providing support to both teams.
Leading by example you will promote the safeguarding, well being and interests of all patients whilst taking personal responsibility for ensuring the needs of patients are achieved.
We are a team committed to delivering and maintaining high quality patient care and are looking to attract nurses who share our goal.
Haemodialysis experience is essential for this role, you will support and mentor junior staff and ensure patient safety.
The post holder will work closely with the multi disciplinary team.
