Looking for a fresh challenge? Join us as a Homecare Products Buyer for our own brand! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting time in our business. We're all about innovation and sustainability, and we have a strong lineup of core products.
As a Homecare Products Buyer for our own brand, you'll be responsible for sourcing and selecting a variety of high-quality Homecare products. You'll work closely with our product development team to stay on top of trends and find new ways to improve our products. Plus, you'll collaborate with our Supply Chain, Marketing, Range & Display, and Store Operations teams to ensure our product launches and promotions go smoothly and make our customers' lives easier.
If you're passionate about retail and Homecare solutions, have a good eye for quality, and are great at negotiating, we'd love to hear from you! Join our team and help us keep innovating and satisfying our customers.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

Your key accountabilities will include
- Drive sales and profit in line with operating plan budgets
- Drive market share performance
- Lead relationship with suppliers through effective commercial management
- Prepare and agree category plan with Management Team through analysis of customer insight, sales and trends
- Set effective range strategies to optimise selling format and product choice, understanding space requirements
