Temporary Receptionist - Dundee

Office Angels are currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to provide support to a busy client based in Dundee City Centre.

Hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Rate of Pay is 11.50 per hour.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain positive relationships between residents, contractors, client representatives and the client. The above must be achieved by delivering exemplary levels of customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced, front of house role.

Key Duties

Managing a busy switchboard.

Provide clear and concise information to contractors, clients and customers.

Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Dealing with general queries.

Process incoming/outgoing mail.

Ad hoc administrative support.

Key Skills

Strong communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
