The role...
The role of a Telecoms Support Advisor - 1st line Tech support is really important to us. Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Telecoms Advisor to join the Radius Connect team. You will be part of a busy technical team, providing exceptional levels of service to new and existing clients.
Location: Radius Campus, Emperor Way Crewe Business Park, Crewe CW1 6BD
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Office based
Salary: £24,000
Holidays - 25 days per year plus additional bank holidays
Full training and support and a personal development plan will be provided to support your career goals.

Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…
Our team is responsible for supporting various hosted telephony and contact centre platforms.
- Responding to telecom tickets as they are logged
- Logging broadband faults and running first/second line checks
- Answering customer queries through phone calls and email requests
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Agility to work to priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge or interest in IT systems/networking and telephone systems
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new products and processes
