You’ll get the chance to drive the introduction of innovative products and lead the charge on building new partnerships that will shape the future of the RMX and Concrete products sectors.

Looking for an exciting role where you can truly make an impact? As Technical Sales Manager at Aggregate Industries you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of our business.
You’ll get the chance to drive the introduction of innovative products and lead the charge on building new partnerships that will shape the future of the RMX and Concrete products sectors.
- You’ll take charge of finding alternative products and using new materials, like CRF and recycled resources, to tackle supply challenges.
- You'll identify new opportunities and help us enter fresh markets, all while developing strategies to promote sustainable materials
- You'll work with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery and the integration of new solutions.
- You’ll connect with key clients, offering tailored solutions that position you and the company as leaders in sustainable infrastructure projects.
- You'll keep an eye on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to ensure you’re always one step ahead.
- You’re a natural at spotting opportunities in changing markets, and you know how to build strategies that lead to success, especially when it comes to using alternative products.
- You excel at connecting with clients and stakeholders, earning their trust by offering tailored solutions that meet their project needs and promote sustainability.
- You work well with cross-functional teams, from technical experts to finance, and you know how to bring people together to drive a common goal.
- You’re always thinking ahead, eager to explore new products, technologies, and materials that can help address industry challenges.
- Whether it’s market analysis or client feedback, you take pride in understanding the finer points to ensure no opportunity is missed.
