We are looking for a professional, confident Support Services Manager who can lead, inspire & take overall responsibility for the management and functioning of all non-clinical areas of the hospital.
You'll be working 40 hours a week (Monday Friday 9am – 5pm) at Cygnet Hospital Ealing.

Your day-to-day
- Undertake overall responsibility for the management and functioning of all non-clinical areas of the hospital including hospitality, HSE and Fire Regulation guidelines and according to set budgets.
- Provide administrative support for the contractual requirements, including MHA, CPA, HR Functions and general administration and ensure all weekly/monthly clinical updates are coordinated effectively and administrated within appropriate timescales
- Undertake project management work, lead on investigations (SUI, HR related and complaints) where required and participate in audit and the development of policies for the smooth running of the hospital as a whole
- Be the registered complaints manager for the hospital to ensure all complaints are dealt with in appropriate timescales and actions are implemented
- Ensure compliance by others of policies, procedures & regulations
- Support staff through debriefs, appraisals, training, meetings within the non-clinical departments
- Work with members of the management team to identify service development opportunities and implement service improvements
- Support with management of cost centres including monthly reviews of management accounts with department heads
- Lead/support with the contractual monthly and quarterly submission for NHSE and NHS trust

- Experienced in managing non clinical services in a Hospital setting
- Experienced in managing change, leadership initiatives, motivating & developing others
- Committed to delivering improvement strategies across all aspects of non clinical service provision in a hospital setting
- Open, compassionate, honest & resilient
- Capable of undertaking audits, developing, following-up & ensuring completion of action plans
