To provide a comprehensive and confidential administration support to the Vascular Surgery team. As required, to act as a source of advice and guidance regarding the speciality. You will need to have excellent secretarial skills and be able to organise busy schedules and diaries. Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.

    The day to day duties will include handling telephone calls, emails, dealing with patient queries with tact and sensitivity, updating patient records, dealing with confidential information, typing letters and filing. Will support the Vascular Nurse Specialists and Band 4 Secretaries.
