Prospero teaching is looking for a dynamic PE Teaching Assistant to join the sports department in a PRU school located in Stockton Upon Tees. This position is full time.
Job Responsibilities
- Support KS3 and KS4 children with Physical Education.
- Have knowledge of Sport and coaching
- Manage behaviour effectively.
- PRU experience or challenging behaviour experience
- Location - Stockton on Tees
- Position - PE Teaching Assistant
- Start Date - ASAP
- End Date - Ongoing
- Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
- Hours - 08:00 - 15:30
- Previous experience working in a UK school.
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).
- GCSE English and Maths grade 'C' or '4' & above.
- Sports/ Physical Education related degree.
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
