What will you be doing as our new Senior Electrical Engineer?
As an Electrical Engineer within our diverse and inclusive Engineering team, you’ll provide Electrical Engineering technical input to projects in the Anglian Water region.
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this position you will hold a minimum of a HNC/HND in an electrical engineering discipline, or be able to demonstrate a HNC/HND level of knowledge through relevant experience. You'll hold the BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition and be able to demonstrate a level of competence in practical electrical design experience in a similar industry. You'll fit in well in our team with your proven track record in design and integration of process control, automation, and telemetry systems and a keenness to work in a multi disciplined team, working together to solve complex problems.
Working in an open and collaborative way, you'll be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organisation, always taking responsibility as appropriate for team projects and outputs - living the continuous improvement philosophy - constantly challenging self and others in a realist and positive way.
As site visits will be required, you will need a full UK driving licence.

What will you be doing as our new Senior Electrical Engineer?
As an Electrical Engineer within our diverse and inclusive Engineering team, you’ll provide Electrical Engineering technical input to projects in the Anglian Water region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems particular specifications schedules, data sheets and drawings.
- Design and specify LV Assemblies particular specifications schedules, data sheets and drawings (i.e. MCC, LV Switchboards and Control Panels)
- Review LV electrical designs produced by framework contractors (i.e. electrical schematics, cable calculations and termination diagrams)
- Liaise with others on technical issues, the construction team, operations, suppliers, and utility companies.
- Specify and select instrumentation based on the process design.
