As Chef de Partie, you’ll also be responsible for controlling procedures and costs to maintain a sustainable and profitable kitchen environment. - Customer Service Excellence: Address individual customer needs, manage feedback positively, and proactively resolve potential complaints to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge and Advisory: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of catering products to professionally advise customers and share best practices across units.
- Quality Assurance: Consistently deliver and uphold agreed-upon culinary standards, including quality and presentation of all menu items.
- Inventory and Procurement Management: Utilize the Foodbuy procurement system for efficient ordering, receiving, and stock control.
- Operational Innovation: Implement structured management approaches to food production and service, demonstrating innovation across all operational areas.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage a diverse team of chefs and kitchen porters, fostering positive morale, providing support, and facilitating necessary training to enhance performance and engagement.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Lead and maintain a culture of health and safety, ensuring adherence to company policies, achieving HSE standards, and complying with regulations such as Natasha’s Law.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong working relationships with key client contacts, effectively interacting across a diverse client base to meet their needs and deliver exceptional catering services.
- Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor guest satisfaction within your area of responsibility and provide constructive feedback to the Head Chef to drive continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety policies, promptly report hazards, and assist in maintaining accurate allergen documentation and reporting for both match day and non-match day operations.
