Expleo are seeking an experienced sales professional and leader within the energy and utilities sector to build on our significant expansion over recent years across Energy, Water, Oil & Gas industries. This role is required to accelerate our growth further by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Expleo’s client base and brand.

The successful candidate will be an experienced sales leader within the energy and utilities sector. Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow out our business in this key vertical. A good network of contacts would be highly desirable. For the right person this role provides an opportunity to expand further on the depth of Expleo’s offering and bring the full breadth of our capabilities to the sector in the UK, as well as to influence the global strategy for Energy and Utilities. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team you will also be responsible for managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of your sales team.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for selling and winning new high value logos/clients within their perimeter.
  • Achieves personal and team sales targets by supporting and continuously monitoring team performance.
  • Responsible for the sales strategy and closure plans for all opportunities within the agreed territory.
  • Builds long lasting relationships across their clients, including and up to C level.
  • Works in collaboration across all functions to develop and implement new service lines and bundled solutions.
  • Where appropriate, liaises with other regions in order to grow presence within the their portfolio.
  • Acts as a key spokesperson for the company, and maintains a personal brand in the energy and utilities sector

Experience


  • Experience in leading sales people and managing high performance
  • Technical experience
  • Experience of securing new account acquisition targets at Senior Management level within one or more of our target markets
  • Successful sales experience within a complex and lengthy decision-making process/sales cycle
  • Proven track record of exceeding personal and team sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
