Delivered through University of West Scotland, upon successful completion of the programme, you will achieve a SCQF level 10 entitled: BA (Hons) Business Management Graduate Apprenticeship..

This 4-year programme will see you emersed into the world of Sales, working with our internal teams and external partners. You will spend your 1st year as a Grocery Merchandiser gaining an insight into the world of Coca-Cola products, providing the perfect starting point for a career with CCEP. In your 2nd year, you will then rotate into a Sales Representative role, delivering sales targets by building up existing relationships and creating new business opportunities, whilst becoming an expert in the soft drink category.

Your 3rd & 4th year are driven by you! You are able to apply to different roles in the business, depending on where your passion & skills align. You will have continuous support from the Head of Early Careers and our fantastic management teams to help support your career path.

Think you have what it takes to be a part of our award-winning apprentice programme? Just a few things we would need from you:

  • Full driving licence - Ideally a manual license. This will need to be achieved by the start of the programme at the beginning of September 2025.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Is resident in Scotland
  • SQA Higher (or equivalent)
  • We accept selected Foundation Apprenticeships, in combination with SQA Highers, for entry to our BA Business Management programme. Your Foundation Apprenticeship will take the place of one SQA Higher qualification for our standard entry requirements and will be treated as equivalent to a B grade at Higher.
