What does this recruitment consultant role involve?
Off the back of an excellent 2024, Robert Walters - Bracknell are actively looking to grow both our Business Support and Accountancy and Finance recruitment teams as key growth areas in 2025.
- Identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments.
- Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs.
- Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting.
- Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients.
- Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback.
- Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships.
- The right candidate will ideally have previous experience in a recruitment role, working closely with both clients and candidates on a 360 desk.
- Previous experience in recruitment is highly desirable. However, we will consider candidates with experience in sales or business development roles.
- Pro-active and commercial attitude.
- A team-based and collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills are required.
