An opportunity has arisen within the Estate Agency Franchising Division of LSL Property Services plc for a Receptionist within the Facilities Management Department.
As an Receptionist you will use your knowledge and skills to carry out Reception and a small amount of administrative duties with accuracy and to support the provision and delivery of services to colleagues.

As an Receptionist you will use your knowledge and skills to carry out Reception and a small amount of administrative duties with accuracy and to support the provision and delivery of services to colleagues.
Working as a Receptionist, you will receive;
- Basic salary of £24,000
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

- Greeting and directing visitors
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with courier deliveries and requests
- Arranging meeting room requests and lunch ordering
- Managing colleague travel requests, booking travel, hotel, and hire cars
- Keeping access building passes updated
- Invoice processing for activities as above
- Experience working within a reception environment
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone.
