Role: Quality Inspector
Hours: Monday-Thursday 06:00am 16:00pm and Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm, 48 hours a week.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products and assemblies
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends or patterns in product quality
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Must be able to read and interpreted engineers drawing
