The role of Purchase Ledger Assistant is really important to us.

Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…

  • Managing the end-to-end purchase ledger processes for Radius Suppliers on various ERP systems
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external contacts.
  • Inputting, coding and gaining the relevant authorisation for all Invoices.
  • Raising payments.
  • Performing statement reconciliations and Creditor ledgers.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Process Improvement Implementation.


What do we expect of you?

  • Purchase Ledger experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Strong commitment to providing the very best customer service.
  • Desirable but not essential to have experience in Sage platforms, multi-Currency exposure and Purchase Order System knowledge
