Job Description
- Responsible for the user growth of international short video products under TikTok, devising diversified growth strategies and being accountable for core regional growth metrics.
- Collaborate with product, data, algorithm, and marketing teams to drive the implementation and rapid iteration of growth projects. Also collaborate with relevant teams to interface with PR, Ops, MKT, etc., and be responsible for maintaining and communicating with cooperative partners.
- Accountable for enhancing customer service capabilities, conducting business analysis, and managing on-site operations to provide lean support for improving user experience, following up on customer complaints to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of issues
- Monitor public opinion and risk management, and ensure that there are no major risks
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Skilled in deep data analysis, clear logical thinking, adept at resource integration, and strong execution capability.
- Demonstrates good project management skills, ability to work under pressure, and results-oriented mindset.
- Goal-oriented, highly self-driven, and adaptable learner with strong data analysis and project management skills.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability, responds promptly to daily tasks; customer-centric with a strong service orientation, a sense of responsibility, and accountability, and works diligently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Over 3 years of relevant experience
