You will support the Indirect Procurement team with varying administration duties and carry out internal periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
What You’ll Do
- Run and distribute the stock order report and expediting report on a daily basis
- Check Requisitions and PCF’S for accuracy and compliance
- Place Indirect Purchase orders and expedite orders appropriately
- Be responsible for weekly internal audits and report to the Senior Buyer (Indirect) on findings
- Produce and Analyse reports as required
- Assist with stock counts, specifically in data entry
- Assisting with queries, taking calls, replying to emails and maintaining all administration support

- Computer skills – strong IT skills is essential for the role, knowledge of SAP is beneficial
- Accuracy – excellent data input skills and ensuring it is highly accurate
- Administration – strong administrative skills and good standard of education
