We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture Advisor to join our global team, supporting HR operations across the UK and Europe. As the point of contact and local expert, you will work closely with teams in our Coventry office and across Europe. This is a pivotal role in shaping the people experience during an exciting period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing strategic and operational HR guidance.
• HR Operations: Manage contracts, onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK and European legislation.
• Engagement & Culture: Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture during our global business rebuild.
• Recruitment & Mobility: Support recruitment activities, visa sponsorships, and global mobility for employees within your remit.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in HR roles, with expertise in UK and European HR practices.
• Skills: Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: A passion for business transformation and creative problem-solving to tackle complex people challenges.
