A vacancy has arisen at the Royal Derby Hospital within the Combined Day Unit for a Pathway Support Administrator
We are looking for a flexible team player with admin or customer service experience to join our team, working hours/days are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 17:30pm
This is a fast paced and varied role working within the Chemotherapy Day Case Unit.

This is a fast paced and varied role working within the Chemotherapy Day Case Unit.
- Act as the first point of contact at the reception desk, greeting patients and booking them onto the system accurately.
- Liaising with patients and other NHS services via phone and email.
- Booking Outpatient and Inpatient appointments.
- Monitoring the scheduling of treatments, ensuring booking rules are followed and space is utilised effectively.
- General clerical duties including scanning, filing ect.
- Supporting colleagues during annual leave or sickness.
