Here at Nestlé, we are super passionate about recruiting and developing great talent to help us achieve our commercial ambitions and goals. That’s why we are looking to connect with individuals about current and future Sales opportunities across the Nestlé UK&I Group. So, whether you’re just starting out in your career or have a wealth of Sales experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Where are our opportunities?
We have offices in York, Gatwick and Welwyn Garden City but we very much work in a hybrid way, so you’ll usually be working in the office or out at a customer 1 to 2 days per week and then home working. If you want to be in the office more then that’s absolutely fine. We have fantastic facilities to take advantage of!
What is our approach to flexible working?
We have lots of colleagues that work flexibly and in many different ways, different core hours and hybrid working. Please talk to us during the recruitment process about what flexibility could look like for you.
What can you expect from a career in the Nestlé Sales Team?
Every day and Everywhere, we are building a Sales community of unique people, that thrive together, make a positive difference and deliver market leading results.
We will actively encourage you to gain different experiences in a wide range of roles across Sales, Category and Marketing whilst being able to support a breadth of different experiences with iconic global brands like KitKat, Smarties, Nescafé, SMA and many more. We want our people to have the breadth and depth of experience and as a result access fantastic career opportunities which could lead to a wide range of exciting roles both in the UK and across other markets.
Supported by our industry leading eBusiness and Sales Academies which develops you in all aspects of eCommerce, customer and category management, you truly can achieve your full potential whatever that might mean for you.
We will provide support and coaching to help you develop yourself in your career and as an individual, as well as offering great benefits that you’d expect from a business the size of Nestlé – in the shape of a competitive salary and benefits package, bonus scheme, flexible working scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus up to an additional 12 days flex leave, bank holiday exchange, competitive pension scheme and much more.
What will you bring in return?
You’ll be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for our Nestlé brands, you will have commercial capability and if you have experience of influencing across a range of stakeholders, ideally within a matrix structure, then great. Whether you’re an experienced commercial individual or just starting out we are looking for you to demonstrate the ability to flex your style whilst working in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous.
