As E-Commerce Manager - Myprotein Korea, you’ll:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Myprotein brand across the Korean market.
- Optimise website elements including list pages, product pages, banners, and landing pages.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative CRM and content strategies.
- Lead key trade events like Singles Day, Black Friday, and other major campaigns.
- Analyse customer journeys, key site metrics, and conversion rates to improve sales and define strategies.
- Manage the Myprotein brand presence in Korea, overseeing product reviews, content, and market positioning.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean (written and spoken).
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing within a digital consumer goods business.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with P&L management.
- Proven communication and influencing skills with experience mentoring junior employees.
- Top-tier graduate from an elite university with a strong academic track record.
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial thinker, and ambitious with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.
