Overview

A unique opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a luxury beauty brand reshaping the beauty landscape with cutting-edge products. This role is pivotal in enhancing the brand’s presence across social, digital, and traditional media platforms.

Role

Reporting directly to the Director/CEO, the brand is looking for a strategic and highly organized Marketing Manager with a strong background in brand marketing, digital campaigns, and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will drive brand engagement, manage external partnerships, and lead a collaborative team to implement impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

This role combines strategy, creative direction, and hands-on execution to elevate the brand’s visibility and customer connection:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Lead all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Implement effective email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.

External Partnerships & PR

  • Collaborate with and oversee the external PR agency to maintain consistent brand messaging and representation.
  • Work with influencers to expand brand reach and enhance engagement with target audiences.

Creative & Campaign Management

  • Direct marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring creative alignment with brand identity.
  • Provide creative direction, collaborating with design and content teams to ensure high-quality outputs.

Team Management

  • Overlooking and directly managing the social media manager; graphic designer; and digital marketing manager.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Deliver regular reports to the Director/CEO on marketing performance, metrics, and growth opportunities.
  • Track and analyze campaign outcomes to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in brand marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Strong track record in campaign direction, from initial strategy to execution.
  • Proficiency in copywriting across formats (ads, newsletters, social media) and a keen eye for quality and detail.
  • Experience in PR, influencer partnerships, and retailer marketing.
  • Team leadership experience, fostering a collaborative, creative environment.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge and familiarity with video editing tools for multimedia marketing support.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven record of timely project delivery.

Location: Remote, with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
