Marketing Graphic Designer

The Phoenix Comic are looking for a full-time Marketing Graphic Designer.

This is an exciting new role and an opportunity for a creative and driven graphic designer to join their fast-growing Phoenix team!

They are looking for someone to create and deliver visual assets for their subscription, e-commerce, event and content marketing campaigns. This role would be the principal marketing designer, working with the wider marketing team to support the company to achieve its ambitious aims for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of their target audience (7-12 year olds and their parents), a passion and respect for comics, and the ability to work seamlessly with illustrated assets, retaining the narrative spirit of their various titles whilst conveying clear marketing messages.

Essential skills for this role include:

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop at a minimum, moving image is a bonus).
• At least 3 years’ professional experience in graphic design.
• Experience following brand guidelines.
• Good Time management.
• Strong organisational skills.

Desirable skills for this role include:

• Web design experience.
• Illustration experience.

Location: 26 Beaumont St, Oxford.

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience.
