The Role
The role will report into the Brand Manager and will work closely with the marketing, brand and sales teams.

The Role
The role will report into the Brand Manager and will work closely with the marketing, brand and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Industry PR & Awards: Manage the LinkedIn communications calendar for the business, highlighting key moments that we would like the entire team to get behind. Help create copy/assets and posts for the team. Create a 'bank' of assets that the team can use. Track reach and engagement and measure year on year, regularly reporting to the business. Manage all advertising & journalist engagement for trade titles and all industry award submissions.
- Buyer engagement & sampling: Manage all head office sampling to our buyers and sampling at key trade shows [this will likely involve traveling around the UK]. Manage all ad hoc buyer engagement activations such as direct mailers.
- Field sales agency management: Work closely with our field sales agency to help create marketing briefs to check in store compliance on marketing activations. [A field sales agency is a group of people that help visit many stores to check product launches, stock availability and marketing in store]. Report findings back to the business and take learnings from each visit.
- Wholesale trade marketing: Manage our wholesale marketing activation and budget with the sales team
- Budget management: Manage and optimise spend for field sales and wholesale trade marketing, reporting back monthly on this spend.
