Purpose of the Role
Join the Aftersales Logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator where you'll be responsible for the co-ordination of all global export requirements for the Aftersales Warehouse & Logistics operation. You will use specialist technical skills to create computer generated export documents, work with legislative bodies, and liaise directly with carriers and freight forwarders. With an emphasis on continuous improvement activities, to ensure an excellent level of service to Bentley retailers worldwide. Reporting into the Aftersales Logistics Manager, your main responsibilities include;
The Aftersales Parts operation is a vibrant business area within the wider Aftersales function, focused on supporting Bentley customers via the Global Retailer network. We are passionate about all of the opportunities to have a direct, tangible and positive impact on customer satisfaction.
The role sits within Logistics and Supply chain as part of the Bentley Sales & Marketing function. Cross functional working is a key aspect of the role, notably working with Supply chain, Retailer support and Regulatory compliance colleagues.

Purpose of the Role

With an emphasis on continuous improvement activities, to ensure an excellent level of service to Bentley retailers worldwide. Reporting into the Aftersales Logistics Manager, your main responsibilities include;
- Identification and creation of legally compliant documentation for receipt / despatch
- Create export documentation to ensure consignments are compliant to all applicable transportation and export legislation, to 70+ countries
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in real time to ensure customer satisfaction (Retailers)
- Co-ordinate outbound carriage arrangements for Parts, Accessories, branded goods and hazardous (dangerous) goods with nominated carriers
- Signatory for all export related authentication, in accordance with Regulatory bodies
- Become an accredited Signatory, through certified training, for Dangerous goods documentation.
- Challenge and resolve discrepancies with regard to costs and service
- Data analysis of process and cost.
- Process and systems utilisation to deliver exemplary service, whilst reducing cost and time

About You – Skills And Experience
- Previous experience within an export-shipping / warehousing environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to work & deliver in a time sensitive operation
- Good Computer literacy to include Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in using SAP B1 (advantageous)
