£50k OTE. Do you have experience in lettings in and around Oxfordshire? My client is looking for a Lettings Valuer for their busy office in Oxford. This is an amazing role where you are able to develop your current skills along with great earning potential. Lettings Negotiators will also be considered.

Responsibilities For This Lettings Valuer Role Will Include
- Booking & carrying out lettings valuations & Viewings
- Winning instructions
- Dealing with rental clients and landlords
- Negotiating offers
- Minimum 1 years lettings experience
- Lettings Negotiation
- Knowledge of lettings process & Legislation
- Driving licence
- Industry leading training and development

- Basic £25K-£35k DOE
- OTE of £50k
