Responsibilities
Information Technology studies, qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience in IT, with IT Infrastructure and IT systems maintenance. Industry experience ideally from automotive is desirable. Strong analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative and open-minded to develop, drive and implement new projects and concepts. Passion for IT, data and innovation. Ability and experience of managing and coaching a team.

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the IT activities and IT setup of the Bolton site.
- Manage all IT team related management topics, and support, coach and lead the IT specialist who will be a direct report.
- Follow up and applying IT related rules and standards, having a dedicated focus on all IT security related standards concerning local applications, hardware and server rooms.
- Be hands on: Ensure preventive, curative and maintenance actions.
- Provide first, second and third level support to the users.
- Advise and train users in compliance and computer management.
- Carry out daily and common IT operations for the site.
- Carry out technical deployment actions at the site.
- Ensure receipt and recording of user requests until treatment: repairs and assistance.
- In charge of securing data integrity, reliability and availability at the location.
- Be a business partner and stay in close and regular contact with business stakeholders to gather needs and to address them.
- Manage local IT assets and coordinate if needed centrally driven asset projects.
- Gather external support if needed, contract services and follow up activities accordingly.
- Close exchange and collaboration with local and regional management.
