We’re excited to be recruiting a HR Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive HR Shared Services Team on a fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional service and contributing to meaningful work.

Hours Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract 3 month fixed term contract
Salary Range £25,275.53 - £28,268.79 (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time)

About The Role
As a HR Coordinator, you will
- Support managers with pre-employment checks for employees and volunteers, ensuring compliance with legislative and safer recruitment standards.
- Work on the HR Services Helpdesk, providing first-line advice and guidance to managers and staff.
- Collaborate with the HR Service Manager and HR Service Leads to coordinate and manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you bring
- Strong administrative skills with experience in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to manage your workload effectively and escalate issues when needed.
- Experience in managing Data Subject Access Requests (an advantage but not essential).
