The position, reporting to the Head of Talent Management for Europe, is designed to support the HR team in delivery of key HR tasks.

What You'll Do
- Administer key HR processes such a purchase orders, invoicing, workday learning, tracking learning hours, administer training programmes, onboarding new vendors.
- Tracking delivery of talent and performance management processes,
- Support in the delivery of HR OKR's and collate key HR data to inform HR insights and strategies
- Facilitate learning programmes as required
- Participate in Talent projects
- Get involved in HR/employee relations activities e.g. note taking in formal employee relations meetings
- Strong focus on achieving goals
- Exceptional interpersonal, service and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Some experience of working in HR ideal but not essential
- Possess a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practice
- Strong IT skills and experience of maintaining digital records
- Experience of managing and interpreting data
