We are currently recruiting a Head of UK Account Managers to join the team!
As the Head of Account Managers your role will be to lead and develop a team of Client Service Advocates alongside having the responsibility of a small portfolio of your own accounts.
Client Service Advocates will be the single point of contact for clients taking care of queries ensuring effective management, understanding and delivery of client servicing needs. They will also understand what services the client values and provide clear, timely and relevant material to clients and brokers as required.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Act as a senior Client Service Advocate, with advocacy responsibilities for a small portfolio of accounts.
- Lead and people manage the Client Service Advocate population, acting as an experienced coach, responsible for the development of the CSA population
- Act as a point of escalation for any complex queries/problems
- Accountable for handling the people management processes for all CSAs including appraisal process, performance management, wellbeing, pay and rations
- Actively seek to improve standards along with developing and sharing best practice recommendations across all CSAs
- Provide oversight and support to CSAs across all locations to improve business knowledge, capability and enhance personal development
- Own the account allocation of Client Service Advocates, establish the business’ overall CSA requirements and support CSA recruitment, training and onboarding
- Liaising with the Head of CSA North America and International colleagues to ensure that Global clients have a consistent, high quality service experience and that any issues are rapidly resolved.
- Act as a conduit between UK COO and CSAs, supporting business change and driving the overall delivery of client experience and servicing outcomes of Client Service Advocates
- Work closely with Client Service Managers to ensure the effective delivery of strategic objectives and relevant KPIs
- Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification or equivalent
- A good knowledge of the industry in order to address client and technical issues
- Solid understanding of the regulatory environment of the key business unit jurisdictions
- Experience of managing a team with the ability to develop and mentor members
- Excellent time management skills, able to coordinate and prioritise workload
- Ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues
