Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Head of Global Finance Programmes to join our Group Finance team on a permanent basis. The role will be based at London office, with a hybrid element for those looking for more flexibility.

What You'll Do

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in managing large-scale, fast-paced finance transformation projects.
• Extensive experience in global business environments, adept at navigating cross-cultural dynamics.
• Expertise in stakeholder management across all organizational levels, building strong relationships.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills for conveying complex information clearly.
• Deep knowledge of quality management principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational awareness, with insights into cross-functional challenges and solutions.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality results under demanding conditions.
• Skilled in risk assessment and management, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
