Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong data analysis skills, eager to drive business growth? We’re looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join our team and work closely our President and the broader leadership team, supporting the strategic direction and commercial growth of our business.
What You’ll Do:
Relevant internship experience in life sciences or professional services (e.g., consulting).

Role:
Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong data analysis skills, eager to drive business growth? We’re looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join our team and work closely our President and the broader leadership team, supporting the strategic direction and commercial growth of our business.
What You’ll Do:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct research, analyse data, and develop insights to address key questions and drive business decisions at the executive level.
- Performance Metrics: Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators related to business development activities to keep leadership informed of progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Business Cases & Proposals: Support development of business cases, presentations, and proposals, building compelling narratives for potential customers and strategic partners.
- Market Trends & Opportunities: Monitor and analyse industry trends to inform strategic direction and identify high-potential opportunities.
- Analytical: You are a strategic thinker and can apply strong research and data analysis skills to produce insightful business reports.
- Detail-Oriented: You effectively balance attention to detail with an understanding of the larger context.
- Passion for Life Sciences: You have previous exposure to, and a keen interest in, the life sciences sector with an ability to apply scientific knowledge to business scenarios.
- Curious & Driven: Eager to learn about industry trends and market dynamics, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Organised & Self-Motivated: Able to manage tasks and information with ease, and take initiative both independently and in a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or relevant experience
- Technical Skills: High proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Communication: Able to articulate insights and data-driven recommendations to different teams effectively.
