A vital aspect of your role will be to motivate and support your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and opportunities for professional development. By fostering a collaborative environment, you’ll empower your team to succeed.
Additionally, you will oversee accurate and timely period-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure adherence to internal and external policies. Ensuring compliance will be a key focus, as well as driving operational excellence.
Finally, you’ll work closely with leadership to shape and deliver a robust process improvement roadmap. Your strategic input will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
