HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
We are seeking an Event Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, with potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
We are seeking an Event Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, with potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Director and events team in planning and executing client-facing events that build brand awareness and showcase expertise.
- Provide remote support for US & EMEA based events.
- Support event lifecycle from ideation to execution for gatherings of approximately 10 - 50 attendees.
- Create and manage event registration sites and communication materials.
- Source and coordinate with vendors, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Track event budgets and ROI.
- Write internal event communications.
- Manage attendee registration and engagement, working in tandem with client facing consulting teams to ensure they are continuously informed of relevant updates.
- Coordinate venue logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with event management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creative skillset.
- Strong budgeting and vendor management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Background in corporate events management.
- Experience with CVENT and Airtable.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work with artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies.
- Contract Length: FTC 12 months
- Location: London based - hybrid working ( 2 days a week in the NH Office).
