HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We are seeking an Event Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, with potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Director and events team in planning and executing client-facing events that build brand awareness and showcase expertise.
• Provide remote support for US & EMEA based events.
• Support event lifecycle from ideation to execution for gatherings of approximately 10 - 50 attendees.
• Create and manage event registration sites and communication materials.
• Source and coordinate with vendors, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Track event budgets and ROI.
• Write internal event communications.
• Manage attendee registration and engagement, working in tandem with client facing consulting teams to ensure they are continuously informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate venue logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  
  

Ideally, We’d Like

• Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with event management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creative skillset.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Desirable

• Background in corporate events management.
• Experience with CVENT and Airtable.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work with artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies.
  
  

Additional Information

• Contract Length: FTC 12 months
• Location: London based - hybrid working ( 2 days a week in the NH Office).
