Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, you will be expected to provide a flexible and efficient repair and maintenance service over a wide range of services, electrical, and mechanical plant and equipment within a wide range of locations and complex conditions from Wards and Theatres and office locations
Working within a small multi skilled team of Estates personnel, working to an agreed framework of planned maintenance agreed response times to reactive works.
Ensuring that legislative compliance is adhered to at all times to ensure that the building is a safe environment for patients, staff and relatives & visitors
