We are excited to be recruiting for a new Community Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Bracknell.

The purpose of this role is to develop and sustain partnerships with customers and local agencies, including charities and voluntary groups, which create and run a thought out programme of activities that create community cohesion in our Independent Living schemes.

We work collaboratively to design and produce enjoyable activities with customers and agencies in our housing for older people schemes to improve their wellbeing and create sense of belonging and security and that’s where you come in.

We are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire team members in their role with a positive personal presence and coach and support where required and build effective professional relationships with both internal and external customers in a patient, calm and empathetic manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience within a business development, external engagement, event coordination or project management type role.

Full clean driving licence is essential as you will be travelling to other sites, visiting customers and attend meetings across our geography.
