Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Planning Executive to join our team as an intern/volunteer. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of HOPE’s creative projects by developing strategic plans, collaborating with our creative team, and managing long-term initiatives. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience in business planning, project management, and strategic vision within a humanitarian organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Mapping: Develop a comprehensive map of activities and initiatives at HOPE, focusing on our Hope 5D and Hope 3G projects.
  • Project Planning & Management: Translate strategic plans into actionable projects, taking on a project management role to ensure their successful execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with animators, artists, illustrators, and other creative team members to align project plans with the overall creative vision.
  • Long-Term Vision Development: Create and present vision boards for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year plans to guide HOPE’s future growth and development.
  • Execution of Initiatives: Ensure that all projects are executed with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
  • Roadshow & Presentation Development: Assist in the creation of app demonstrations, roadshows, TV shows, and tablet-based projects, contributing to a comprehensive project delivery plan.
  • Initial Development of our Animated Feature Film

Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with a perfectionist approach to delivering tasks.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with creative teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
