UTEC are looking to source a Business Administrator on a 6-month fixed term basis. Based at their facility in Aberdeen, the Business Administrator will support several key functions within the UTEC Europe & Africa business, performing a wide range of administration tasks, covering multiple functions with the aim of supporting the crewing and logistics team with planning, collating required documentation, and executing visa applications for staff travelling to projects in Angola.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Europe & Africa Region personnel coordinators to provide necessary admin support as required for visa applications

- Processing expenses
- Uploading certification
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Checking travel and ships agent invoicing
Required
- Relevant experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Attention to detail with good customer service skills.
- Experienced/confident in using Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel, and in the workplace to carry out a variety of tasks.
- Professional with excellent communication skills
