Spire Southampton Hospital are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team on a flexible basis.

Spire Southampton Hospital are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team on a flexible basis.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Carrying out various admin tasks, including filling of patient notes
- Compliance with forms and processes.
- Discharge of patients onto computer system ensuring accuracy of all information.
- Manage the hospital switchboard in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all calls or enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Undertake various clerical duties including checking of bed status reports, ordering and distribution of newspapers
- Experience working in customer service, ideally with administration
- A great communicator who can build a strong rapport with a range of stakeholders
- The flexibility to work the required hours
- You will need a passion for customer service and be someone who takes pride in what they do
