The Role:

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will help bring the Teva brand to life in the EMEA region and support the Teva Marketing Manager in planning, executing and monitoring marketing initiatives across various channels. You will collaborate with different departments (E-Commerce, Product teams, Distributor marketeers) to grow brand awareness and build credibility for the Teva brand.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, storyteller that can inspire people to explore the outdoors in our products.

Your Impact:

  • Regional Content & Community Management: coordinate local content initiatives with content creators, brand partners, community groups etc.
  • Campaign Execution: assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and traditional channels.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting: generate reports and updates on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights into KPIs such as website traffic, click/conversion rates etc.
  • Distributor Support: first point of contact for distributor teams to give direction, share campaign information and support their needs.

Who You Are:

  • You are organised and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and allocated budgets
  • You have an analytical mindset and can interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights
  • You are commercially aware and knowledgeable of current trends
  • You are collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Prior experience in marketing, with an interest in the outdoor industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics and/or Asana are a plus
  • Additional European language such as Dutch, German, French is beneficial but not essential
