We have an exciting opportunity for an Analytical & Measurement Science Associate Researcher to join our dynamic Research & Development team at the Reading Innovation Centre. In this role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled group of professionals, contributing to innovative solutions that drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executional Excellence: Deliver high-quality R&D procedural work and experimentation, utilizing your expertise to enhance the foundational understanding of our team.
- Technical Planning & Execution: Collaborate with team members to plan and execute a diverse array of technical tests and sample analyses. Summarise findings independently and monitor for unanticipated results or unexpected observations to uncover insights.
- Experimentation & Data Management: Execute lab experiments and test procedures, producing reliable and reproducible results that meet daily project demands. Work closely with your technical coach and team experts throughout this process.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to site and laboratory Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, as well as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, ensuring a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
- Collaboration: Partner with R&D functions and the broader technical community to support product development through the generation of high-quality analytical data.
