- Duration: 13 months
- Start date: July 2025
- End date: 31 st July 2026

- Eligibility: Open to candidates who are graduating in 2027
- Hybrid: 3 day s per week in the office, 2 days per week work from home

About The Role

What you will do :
- Communication & Gifting Strategy: Compile a report on the impact of these initiatives gathering results, data, and storytelling on its success.
- Industry Onboarding: Research on industry-leading onboarding practices with a focus on time to productivity.
- Video & Community Building: Create a video highlighting Adobe's unique onboarding experience. Collaborate with the team on priority initiatives, such as planning communitybuilding events, and curating experiences for incoming employees.
- Passion for Facilitating New Employee Success: Demonstrate genuine interest in aiding new team members in their transition into the Adobe community.
- Proficiency in Creative Storytelling and Design: Bring expertise in visual communications, including presentation design and video production.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research thorough interviews and publication review, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Effective Time Management and Project Execution: Demonstrate the capability to develop and adhere to project plans, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes within designated timelines.
- Exceptional Presentation Skills: Communicate ideas persuasively and professionally through compelling presentations.
- Creative Problem-Solver with a People-Centric Focus: Offer innovative solutions while prioritizing the human element in addressing challenges and fostering a supportive workplace.
Our selection process typically consists of the stages as follows:
- A short 10-minute pre-recorded video interview
- An Assessment Centre consisting of a 1-2-1 interview with a hiring manager and a presentation taking place on one day
